Position Summary:??

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Life Science Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a vital bridge between our cutting-edge product portfolio and the pioneering biomedical research community. Your primary mission will be to drive business growth by engaging with academic institutions, research institutes, and biotech companies focused on stem cell and gene editing research.

?Key Responsibilities:??

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Proactively identify, develop, and manage new sales leads, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Develop a deep understanding of customer research needs in stem cell biology, gene editing, and related fields to provide expert product solutions.

Work closely with the internal technical support team to ensure exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance for customers.

?Qualifications & Experience:??

?Essential:?? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

?Critical Requirement:?? Several years of hands-on laboratory experience in stem cell culture and genetic editing techniques. We are seeking not just a salesperson, but a true subject matter expert capable of engaging in deep technical discussions with leading scientists.

Proficiency in stem cell culture protocols and a thorough understanding of relevant quality control standards.

Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cell culture and genetic editing.

Familiarity with critical processes such as cell quality control, workflow management, and cell banking.

Proven ability to efficiently manage projects in a fast-paced environment, proactively overcoming challenges and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to learn quickly and a high degree of self-motivation.
